Privacy,in plain language.

No spam. No resale. No sales dance. That's already how this site works — this page writes it down: what we collect when you ask for a quote, how we use it, and how to opt out anytime.

The short version

  • We collect what you type into the quote form, and only use it to work your quote.
  • We never sell or rent your information. Not to lead brokers, not to anyone.
  • You choose whether we can call and text you — that's the checkbox on the form.
  • Reply STOP to any text and the texts stop. Email or call us and we'll stop everything.
  • We don't run ad trackers. The only measurement on this site is Vercel's page-view and speed counters, which use no cookies and don't identify you.

What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect what the form asks for:

  • About the business — state, trade, employee count, annual payroll bracket, current carrier (optional), business name.
  • About you — your name, phone number, and email.

Alongside the submission we record the time, your IP address, the page you came from, and whether you checked the consent box. The IP address exists for rate limiting and spam protection; the rest exists so a real agent has context when they pick up your file.

If you start the form and leave, your draft answers are saved in your own browser's storage on your device — they never reach us until you hit submit.

How we use it

  • To quote your workers comp or commercial coverage — that's the whole job.
  • To contact you about the request you made, the way you agreed to be contacted.
  • To keep the site working — spam checks and rate limiting.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We don't send marketing newsletters. You ask about coverage; we talk to you about coverage.

Consent for calls & texts

The quote form includes a consent checkbox. It isn't pre-checked and it isn't buried — checking it is you telling us, in writing, that we may contact you. The exact words you agree to:

“I agree WorkCompForWorkers, a division of SIA Insurance and Financial Services, LLC, may call, text, and email me about my quote request, including automated calls and texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP anytime to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”

We store when you agreed and which version of the words you agreed to. Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts immediately. Consent is never a condition of getting a quote or buying a policy — you can always just call us instead.

Services that process it

We use a small set of service providers to run the site. Each one touches your information only to do its job:

  • Google Sheets — where quote requests are stored for our agent to work.
  • Resend — delivers the notification email to us and the confirmation email to you.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — the spam check on the form; it may set a cookie strictly to tell humans from bots.
  • Upstash — rate limiting, which sees IP addresses only.
  • Vercel — hosts the site, and counts page views and load speed without cookies or personal identifiers.

That's the list. No ad networks, no data brokers, no “trusted marketing partners.”

How long we keep it

We keep quote records while we're working your request, and afterward as insurance regulations require records to be kept. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless a legal or regulatory requirement says we have to keep it.

Your choices

  • Stop the texts — reply STOP to any message.
  • Stop everything — email or call us and say so. Done.
  • See or delete your info — email us and we'll show you what we have, correct it, or delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. We won't quietly loosen anything — the promises above are the point of this page.
